Shipping Information

✔︎ You’ve made an order, your excited for a better sleep knowing your Pillow Pod is on its way - now what?

Once an order is placed, our Shipping Team will carefully collect your Pillow Pod and package it with love, so please allow up to 2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order. Most of our Pillow Pods are shipped out the same day as ordering or the following morning.

Your Pillow Pod with then be sent via USPS from our Warehouse in Utah. Once your order is dispatched, it will be safely in your hands within the following timeframes depending on your location:

3 - 4 DAYS: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada
Idaho, Utah, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Iowa, Missouri.

4 - 6 DAYS: Kansas, Texas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Arkansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Alaska, Hawaii.

As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow your Pillow Pod every step of the way.

As the Pillow Pods are such a large cuddly size, you may receive your order in multiple packages for shipping purposes if you ordered multiple items. Your tracking number will indicate how many Items are associated with the tracking number if this is the case for your order by stating “Item 1 of 2”, etc.

We currently offer FREE Standard USPS Delivery on all American Orders!

For all Canadian friends, we are working hard to ship to you as soon as possible. If you are from Canada and are interested in getting a Pillow Pod please contact us to express your interest!

At present, we also ship to Australia and New Zealand at www.pillowpod.com.au. However, we're actively exploring options to expand our international reach. If your location is not currently available, express your interest, and we'll prioritize it for potential future shipping destinations. Stay tuned for updates on our global shipping expansion!
